Meet the physiotherapy team
The team consists of the Physiotherapy manager, a team leader
and three Physiotherapists. They are supported by an experienced
team of bank staff with variety of specialties.
Cathy Greenwood Physiotherapy Manager BSc Hons, HPC registered,
MCSP
Cathy arrived at Fulwood in 1999 and became Physiotherapy
Manager at Fulwood in 2002. Prior to this she worked extensively in
the NHS, worked for sport clubs and did some private practice. She
was appointed Physiotherapy Service Manager for both sites in
October 2005.
Her main interests are outpatient Orthopaedics especially
Shoulders. She also has an interest in Chronic Chest conditions.
Cathy has helped to grow an efficient outpatient clinic for chronic
chest conditions, very soon to start Pulmonary Rehab Clinics at
Fulwood and Euxton Hall Hospital and works closely with the Chest
Physician at Fulwood. She has also initiated the setting up of a
Functional Restoration Programme at Euxton.
Graham Tuson Team Leader, HPC registered, MCSP
Graham has been qualified for over 30 years. With most of his
years spent in the Musculoskeletal field. He has a vast amount of
clinical experience and is developing his managerial skills in his
Team Leader role.
Graham special interest lies in Spinal Care, however he has
developing an excellent Headache management service which Is
extremely popular with his patients. Graham has an excellent
relationship with local GPs and Consultants.
Suzie Crellin Senior Physiotherapist BSc(Hons), HPC,
registered, MCSP
Suzie graduated from the University of Northumbria with an
honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2006. She started work as a
junior physiotherapist at Fulwood Hall Hospital. Suzie became a
senior physio in 2008 and specialised in outpatients, currently
working full-time in outpatient physio department in Fulwood and
Euxton Hall Hospital. Suzie is leading the development of the Chest
service and is also involved in setting up our Pulmonary
Rehabilitation Programme.
Claire Lawson Physiotherapist BSc(Hons), HPC registered,
MCSP
Qualified in 2006 and started work at Fulwood Hall in August
2007. She has a special interest in orthopedics and works very
closely with consultants to provided an integrated service for are
patients. She also assists with the Hydrotherapy sessions.
Andrew Cowderoy Senior Physiotherapist BSC (Hons) HPC registered
MCSP
Andrew has a special interest in Spinal care and is at present
completing an MSC in Orthopedic Medicine, whilst working at Fulwood
Hall hospital.
Mackaela Johnson Holistic Therapist(Hons) IHBC, FHT, IHTC
Mackaela has recently joined the team and is an experienced
Therapist in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Massage and
Aromatherapy.
