Equal Access to Services
At Fulwood Hall Hospital we aim to anticipate our patients' needs but please tell us before visiting or during your stay if you have a particular need so that we can make your hospital stay or visit easier.
We provide access to facilities for people with a disability, including:
- Car parking for blue badge holders close to the main hospital entrance
- Wheelchairs for those who need them and wheelchair access throughout the hospital
- Accessible toilets throughout our hospital
- Facilities and support for patients and visitors who have trouble hearing or seeing
Assistance Dogs
We welcome Assistance Dogs.
Disabled facilities during your treatment
Any additional equipment required during your stay will be provided eg. wheelchair, walking aids, adjustable couch and chairs. We also have specialist beds that adapt to the needs of most hospital patients.
Interpretation Services
We will be pleased to arrange foreign language interpreters. Please advise us of your requirements in advance.
People with sensory needs
Our hospital provides a hearing loop and we welcome assistance dogs. We can supply British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters or lipspeakers. Please advise us in advance.
Religious Requirements
