I was sent here by the NHS for my gallbladder removal! I visited 3 times, first to meet the surgeon, 2nd for my pre-op and third for the surgery itself. Every time i have had nothing but amazing service! Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Didnt have to wait a minute past my appointment time and they always rang to check i could make my appointments and took into consider that i had a 1.5 hour travel time! Yes the car park is very small and you do struggle for parking if you have a later appointment which is the only downfall but thankfully someone took me so I could just jump out whilst they found somewhere else to park. I haven’t needed them for any after care. Lovely hospital would go there again if needed.
