Had minor hand surgery and all the staff were so nice and professional. Not a trauma at all and every aspect of care and attention was 5 stars. Thanks everyone for a great job.

Attended for day surgery Cheilectomy on 20/07/2022 at Fulwood Hall Hospital Preston, all hospital staff from the moment I entered were welcoming, pleasant and professional. Nurse team that cared for me were extremely reassuring, caring and professional throughout. Nurse and HCA who specifically saw to me along with the recovery team provided excellent level of care support and guidance throughout. The on day patient care pre and post op was calm, reassuring with very regular observations post op. Pre op, the anesthetist provided details of his role and pain management throughout the procedure. Consultant clearly explained the procedure, and recovery process during various assessments.

1sr time I used my health insurance. On arrival I was sent to a private waiting room where you can have coffee etc. 5’ wait then seen by the specialist. Really good experience and service.

from my first visit to to see Mr Woodruff the conultant right through my operation for Carpel Tunnel Release i can only give praise for the profesional treatment from all the team, i only remember Mr Woodruffs name and Brendans but everyone was great and made it a great experiance ,thanx to you all
