Mr Anil Agarwal is a Plastic Surgeon at Fulwood Hall Hospital in Preston
Mr Agarwal's clinical interests include Reconstructive Microsurgery; Hand and Wrist Surgery for Congenital Differences, Arthritis, Trauma, Nerve Compressions and Dupuytren’s Disease; Breast Surgery; Skin Cancers; and Cosmetic Surgery including Rhinoplasty. He is married to a Paediatrician and both devote their non-working hours to bringing up their 2 young children.
Mr Agarwal believes in an initial unhurried consultation, listening carefully to the patient’s viewpoint of their problem. He then explains what can or cannot be achieved with hand sketches or photographs, until the final solution can be clearly visualized and agreed upon by both patient and surgeon. As his patients often have complex issues, they can expect to be seen frequently until the plan has been completed to their satisfaction.
Mr Anil Agarwal completed his FRCS (Glasgow) in 2000. He trained in Breast surgery at Manchester, and Hand Surgery at Chelmsford and East Grinstead. He has published clinic articles extensively and has completed the FRCS (Plast) and 2 Diplomas (British and European) in Hand Surgery.
